I start playing in casino tropez since 1 year ago. They have great slots and jackpots and I had a lot of fun with them. I never tried the support team but i think they are very helpful. They have very good promotions, once in few month i able to get 300% bonus up to 70 euro. Is very true that they have a slow withdrawal process, very slow if you try it for the fist time. Their time of check of the documents is very long. The withdrawal isn't take so long. Usually 2-3 days if you use Skrill. I made a lot of withdrawals from them and never took long. First time I had to wait for 5 days but second one was very fast. Is a quite good casino and I will recommend if you like playing playtech games.

I played for 2 months at Casino Tropez and I enjoyed of their games for the fist time. I received a great bonus, the deposit work well and the bonus comes fast. I had a first good impression about them. I lose all my money and I want to make another withdrawal, but I don't find any bonuses. Anyway, I decided to make a deposit on my own and play again. I had some luck the second time and I want to withdraw something. I saw that it takes to long and I decided to ask customer support team to ask them about how long will take this. They weren't to find in fist 20 minutes and I started to freaked out. I tried the email and they also didn't respond. After 1 hour, or something like that, they answered me but wasn't very helpful because they didn't tell me the time. They told me that it takes some time. Finally after 5 days the money reached my account and I decided that I will never come in this casino again.

Casino Tropez isn't such a good casino compared with other playtech casinos. Software is still pretty good at them and the selection of games is pretty nice. Nothing special, but still ok. I didn't have luck at this casino, I did not test their withdrawals and I don't have what to say about this. Their deposit is working good as well as other casinos and the bonus comes instantly. A bin advantage for this casino is that offer a lot of bonuses and promotions, and I find it very attractive. I tried to reach the customer support by livechat and they weren't online at that time. I had to wait for 30 minutes to answer me. This is a pretty bad thing, because it was in the middle of the day. I understand for the nights but in the middle of the day is pretty bad. My correct rating for this casino is 3.5.

Another playtech casino which is offering their services. Nothing surprising at Casino Tropez. The only good thing at this casino is that they have a wide range of games and you can find all you need here. The software is great and the games working perfectly. I contacted a few times the customer support and about every question I had, they actually, tried to give me some reload bonuses. I didn't appreciate their intention, because I had some problems with a bonus that didn't arrive. I made just one deposit and I lost all my money in one day. Funny but truth. I never tried their withdrawal system, thanks god. I think I don't lost anything from this part. I'm not very sure this is a safe casino too.

From my experience, this is a good casino, and i can put this casino on my favorite list, because Casino Tropez offers Playtech software.
