Is not such a good casino, are there other playtech casino to try if you want. I played for 1 week. I liked their bonuses and I want to try this casino too. Software is working fine, nothing special. The support team isn't always online and when I saw them online and I tried to reach them, I got a reply after 10 minutes. The withdrawal was very slow and I had to wait for 5 days to get paid. Is a long time even if is a playtech casino. My experience wasn't so good but fell free to make your own experience.

I played for a few times in this casino and I have to say is amazing, for the first time. I liked to play Funky Fruits Farm, The Incredible Hulk and Monty Python's Spamalot. I had a little luck in first 3 deposits and I tried to make a withdrawal. I tried because wasn't finished, I quit the withdrawal after 3 or 4 days and I started playing again. After that, I lost all my money. Anyway, they have a great software, is working pretty good. If we talk about bonuses, I get free spins and reload bonuses and I was happy with their offers. I never tried their support team but I think isn't nothing wrong about them. My experience was good, but I'm very frustrated because I think they have the intention to lose all yout money with that withdrawal pending.

I have some things to say about this casino. Is not a very good casino, as well is expected to be. I have a list of pluses and minuses for this casino:

+ The software is awesome. Games working good but the speed of downloads is a little slow.
- Customer support is not so good. Is working very slow and have long periods when they are offline.

Europa casino is one more playtech casino. Is possible to download software and play from desktop avoiding lags. Customer support is not so fast like other casinos. Few times I waited more than 5 minutes until an agent appear live. Instead bonuses and promotions are very good. I get a lot of bonuses on my email inbox.
